Here's their very important job description:To ensure that our church's Safe Church Policy is implemented, so that all staff and lay leaders are trained in a timely fashion; Criminal Histriy Reports are requested, read and confidentiality kept; and Statements of Compliance and other forms and documents are issued, tracked and maintained. They will also keep working woth staff and lay leaders to improve our church's Safe Church Policy; receive reports of unsafe practives or suspicions, ensure proper documentation and reporting of these reports; and lead church-based investigations f these reports as neccesary.
